Jon Brown has more than 27 years of experience managing and executing complex capital projects, with over $300 million in successfully completed work. As the former owner of Brown Construction, he personally oversaw and self-performed hundreds of projects, developing a reputation for quality, integrity, and practical expertise.

Over the last 18 years, Jon has focused on leading large-scale capital projects across the agricultural and industrial sectors. Moving forward, he plans to expand his focus toward consulting and training—helping organizations nationwide strengthen their safety culture, improve maintenance practices, and deliver projects that are built right, built safely, on time, and on budget.

What began as a family construction company, built on strong values and a hands-on culture, has evolved into a broader mission: to share those same principles and best practices across a growing industrial footprint. We want to grow our construction and consulting services across a large footprint.
